The mission of Freedom Coaching is to serve both men and women afflicted by the pornified culture to live in radical interior freedom through a transformation of mind, heart & vision. How much does it cost?We normally charge our clients a fee of $150 USD per meeting. "If I am willing to pay a gym membership and other memberships to improve my life, why would I not be willing to spend the money to receive the gift of having my entire vision and outlook redeemed?" - Former Client

Why is there a cost for this service?We offer 3 reasons: We like to eat. It’s weird, we know. “A worker is worth his wage” (1 Tim 5:18). We have a duty to provide a living wage for our Coaches and staff, so they can cover their costs and provide well for their families. When one gives something away for free, the message sent is that it has no value. What we provide has incredible value, for we help others to get their lives back. What is more valuable than this? What does a coaching meeting look like?Coaching sessions are one-on-one conversations tailored to a client’s experiences and goals. Clients discuss successes, and challenges, learn practical tools, and gain deeper insights into one’s life, experiencing real-time game planning with one’s Coach with practical, real-world skills designed for immediate practical implementation. Each meeting builds upon the prior one, with step-by-step guidance toward seeing oneself and others as God sees you — beloved, worthy, and free.

How long does the process take?The journey is unique to each individual. Some experience significant breakthroughs in a matter of weeks, while others work steadily over several months to fully integrate their new vision. The key is consistency, honesty, and openness to growth. If you get out of your own way, rely on grace, and do the work, you will find that as your perspective shifts and you embrace the truth about who you are, freedom unfolds naturally.

Is prayer or spirituality required?We do integrate prayer and spiritual principles into the coaching process, as our approach is grounded in faith. However, if you’re new to prayer or uncertain about certain spiritual practices, your coach will respectfully guide you at a pace that feels right. The goal is to help you encounter truth and healing, not to impose a certain spiritual routine you’re uncomfortable with.

Is it only for individuals, or can couples seek help too?Both individuals and couples can benefit from our services. Pornography impacts relationships, and couples find that Freedom Coaching helps both partners understand root issues, restore trust, and cultivate a healthier, more authentic intimacy. By a client learning how to embrace a vision of love that uplifts rather than wounds, this often attracts a client’s spouse…. To be clear, Freedom Coaching is designed as one-to-one mentoring and is not marriage coaching or counseling. From this perspective, clients who are married find that as they start to work on themselves, receiving healing for past wounds, this has an impact on one’s spouse. We do provide practical, intentional work to help a client develop the skills for the possibility of reconciling and healing in one’s marriage. With written permission from a client, it is permissible for one’s spouse to sit in on a meeting.

How does Freedom Coaching differ from therapy or counseling?Freedom Coaching is not therapy or clinical counseling. Instead, we focus of providing the environment for transformation of one's mind, heart & vision. While therapists may diagnose and treat mental health conditions, our coaches help you explore your perceptions, desires, and behaviors through a faith-based, growth-oriented lens. We concentrate on practical steps, spiritual insights, and reordering your understanding of the human person so that you experience long-term, sustainable freedom.

Do I need to be Catholic to participate?No. While our methodology draws deeply from Catholic teaching – especially Theology of the Body – anyone seeking healing and a fresh perspective is welcome. We respect your journey and are committed to meeting you where you are, regardless of your faith background. Our goal is to help you see yourself and others through the lens of truth and love. (NOTE: While Freedom Coaching is not a “pray it away” methodology, Jesus Christ – “our chief psychologist” – is ever present in this work.)

Is there ongoing support after I’ve achieved freedom?We encourage continued growth and provide resources—articles, podcasts, workshops, and community connections—to help you maintain and deepen your newfound freedom. Many clients find that the lessons learned continue to shape their lives long after formal coaching ends.

Will I have to share all my past struggles right away?You set the pace. Your coach provides gentle guidance but respects your comfort level. While honesty is encouraged, you won’t be pressured to reveal more than you’re ready to share. As trust builds, you’ll find it easier to open up and tackle the underlying causes of your struggles. In order to move forward, one must face the past. Wounds and emotions buried alive are still alive.

Is it confidential?Yes. Especially because of the nature of this subject matter discussed during meetings, our client’s privacy is paramount. We understand the sensitivity of these struggles and hold strict standards of confidentiality, as this is a matter of respect for the dignity of our clients. From this perspective, our clients can feel confident they can speak openly, knowing that what is shared stays between the client and Coach (as long as a client reports nothing actively illegal – see application for specifics). This atmosphere of trust encourages honesty, which is a crucial element required for healing.

What if I can’t afford the full fee?Should a client have a financial concern, we encourage him/her to request a scholarship (as indicated on the application). We have a growing network of individuals who see how serious this issue is, believe in the work we are doing, and most importantly, believe in the reality of the redemption of broken sexuality. While we cannot guarantee a scholarship, we will do our best to accommodate a client’s situation. While we acknowledge that money is a thing, it’s not the only thing. We don’t want this to be what keeps a client from genuine internal freedom. We ask clients to simply be honest about one’s situation and what they would be willing to invest in their freedom. Remember: our clients are investing in permanent freedom, not a temporary fix. Investing in your freedom is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. We invite you to find a way to make this desire for internal freedom a reality.

What if I feel hopeless?It’s normal to feel discouraged if past attempts haven’t worked. But here, we believe that no one is beyond hope. God created you with dignity and a capacity for authentic love. By addressing the root cause and walking with a trained coach, you’ll discover that hope is not only possible—it’s waiting for you.
